The updated Articles of Incorporation and Declaration of Restrictions were reviewed and updated with the assistance of our legal counsel, approved by the membership, and approved by Plymouth Township in the fourth quarter of 2024. They were then filed with Wayne County and are available through the Wayne County Register of Deeds. Unofficial copies are available to view and/or download below.
